Our Self-Defense/Personal Protection portion is a coalescence rooted in Taekwondo with

elements of Muay Thai, Kali, Silat, Savate, Boxing and Wing Chun from a Jeet Kune Do Concepts platform, along with Aikido, Weeping Style Jiu-Jitsu and BJJ mixed in; and athletic performance training, culminating in a self-protection program for those interested in living a better and safer life.

 

The curriculum is progressive and dynamic, in the way realistic self-defense was meant to be. While others remain rooted in traditional outdated movements, we continue to test everything we do, in order to make sure what we offer is the best training available.

Along with the direction of Master Instructor, GM Brad Whitlow and his Juk-Ahm Philosophy in the way he presents his realistic approach to Self-Defense through a mixed medium of the arts we represent the same path and all students train in.
